The barn was built by the second generation around 1900 and it's been serving them ever since. Newly renovated, it's now used as an event space, making the perfect backdrop for a wedding or other party. The bed and breakfast house was once the third generation's chicken hatchery. The family also grew apples in the orchard and still make cider today.
The farm is a sprawling complex that includes four guest rooms in the bed and breakfast along with a clubhouse game room and bar. There's also a separate cottage that can sleep 12 people in four bedrooms and has a basement rec room and bar.
