Yes, you can scuba dive in Wisconsin. There are lots of places to go. Just Google "scuba diving Wisconsin" and you'll get ample results.

The Lower Wisconsin River is a great place to go white water rafting.

In East Troy, Wisconsin, you'll find the Sky Knights Sport Parachute Club. It's been around a long time if you're adventurous enough.
