It’s Impossible Not To Love Milwaukee’s Most Enchanting Christmas Festival
It’s the most wonderful time of the year, and in Milwaukee that means it’s time for a festival! This enchanting street festival kicks off Christmas in the city and is fun for everyone! Grab some hot chocolate, watch the Christmas tree light up, and then do some shopping at this incredible celebration in the Historic Third Ward.

Every year there's a Christmas celebration in the Third Ward that's absolutely enchanting for the whole family. Both Friday and Saturday offers fun festivities!

For the first time ever, LocalMKE is hosting a Maker's Market simultaneously with Christmas in the Ward on Saturday, so there will be pop up shops of local makers everywhere! Do your Christmas shopping locally, and find some one-of-a-kind crafts and art.

And of course, there's the old fashioned tree lighting ceremony - it kicks off at 6:05pm on Friday in Catalano Square, and is followed by musical performances and Irish dancers!

There are also horse-drawn carriage rides to top a magical evening, and real reindeer that you'll have to see to believe!

You'll find a cookie sale, hot chocolate to keep you warm, and even chestnuts roasting on an open fire! For the adults, there will be cocoa cocktails, and if you're really hungry there will be local food trucks around Catalano Square.

Whether you want to bask in the enchantment of the lights, or take the kids to meet Frosty The Snowman, there's something here for everyone! Christmas in the Ward is truly the start of the holidays in Milwaukee.
Christmas in the Ward kicks off at 5:30pm on Friday, December 1st and runs through the 2nd. The enchanting festival is located throughout the Historic Third Ward, though many of the festivities are located at Catalano Square.
