These aren’t the only wondrous attractions in the area. Not many people know about this whimsical fairyland tucked away in Austin, and it’s about time you frolicked in its beauty. Fairy Alley is every bit as magical as it sounds.
This sparkling art installation sits in an alleyway in Austin's '04 neighborhood. It's surrounded by dozens of delicious restaurants and a thriving Alamo Drafthouse, but it still remains a bit of a local mystery. You may have passed by this lovely sight and not even known it!
Shimmering decorations dangle from the trees, and the ground pops with color.
Perhaps the most notable aspect of this fairy land is the vibrantly crafted koi pond painted on the road. As you stroll through the area, new aspects will jump out to you. The green lily pads and fuchsia flowers add an extra level of beauty.
