Just one visit will make it clear where the name came from: that view is gorgeous!

The View is certainly aptly named! The landscape of beautiful Lake George outside is so stunning you might have trouble focusing on your meal.

However, this isn't a restaurant that rests on its panoramic laurels. They have a variety of delicious options for brunch, lunch, and dinner.

The View is a restaurant that manages to feel classy while still remaining family-friendly and affordable. There's a great selection of fresh foods available, including gluten-free and vegetarian options. The sandwiches are superb!

We know we already mentioned it, but that view really is to die for! In warmer months, dining outdoors is a fantastic option. There's nothing like al fresco dining just beside the lake.

It goes without saying that the foliage in the fall is absolutely stunning. Lake George is a beautiful area no matter the time of year.
