Shaw's Ridge Farm has been around since 1922 and it's been owned and operated by seven different generations!

Today it's one of the most fun places to spend a summer day in Maine.

The ice cream here has been perfected for almost 100 years, which means you can be sure this is one of the best cones you've ever had.

There are tons of flavors and each one is unique.

Order it inside with a cup or a cone (or both!) and then head outside to enjoy it in the fresh air.

We always support ice cream as an entire meal, but if you're more traditional you'll want to head to the BBQ Barn.

Everything here is smoked fresh on-site, which makes the air surrounding the barn smell good, too.

The menu is simple but full of the most delicious options.

Walk in, order your favorite and enjoy it inside the former milking parlor.

Once you've enjoyed all the food you can, head to the 18-hole miniature golf course. It's one of the most beautiful in the state and the sunsets here are not to be missed!
