The Ultimate Washington Pizza Bucket List You’ve Been Waiting For

Here in Washington, we love our pizza. And from our New York style pizzerias to our artisanal wood fired spots, there’s no shortage of places to indulge in a slice (or four). We once created a long list of delicious pizza places, and while we think it’s an amazing start, there are a few we’d like to add to help make it Washington’s Ultimate Pizza Bucket List.

1. Pizzeria Credo, 4520 California Ave SW, West Seattle

From the inspiring quotes on the walls to the unbelievably tasty wood fired pizza, it's no wonder that Pizzeria Credo has been winning awards left and right in Seattle.

2. The Flying Goat, 3318 W. Northwest Blvd., Spokane

There is no shortage of good pizza in Spokane, but the Flying Goat is definitely a local favorite, and not just for its quirky name. If you enjoy a beer with your pizza, this is definitely your place.

3. Chico’s Pizza, 530 W Valley Rd., Moses Lake

4. Cornerstone Pie, 307 E 5th Ave., Ellensburg

Not only is the pizza at Cornerstone Pie addictive, but the building's design is amazing. The building incorporates many elements of repurposed and recycled materials as well as some artifacts from Ellensburg's history.

5. Aversano’s, 6015 Parker Rd E., Sumner

This charming little Italian restaurant serves some seriously scrumptious pizza. How inviting does this look?

6. Windy City Pie, Batch 206 Distillery 1417 Elliott Ave. W., Seattle

Seattle's favorite Chicago style pizza is now located inside Batch 206 Distillery, but it used to be pickup only from a commercial kitchen. Their pizza is like nothing else you'll find in Seattle, and it's amazing.

7. Twilight Pizza Bistro, 1905 SE 192nd Ave., Camas

The team at Twilight focuses on scratch cooking, and it really shows. Their menu has something for everyone (vegan and gluten free options included), and it's all outstanding.

8. Crazy Bob’s Pizza, 4151 Meridian St.

Ste. 106, Bellingham

Whether you go for a classic pie or something more untraditional from the menu (like the Punjabi Veggie, which is spicy pizza sauce and fresh veggies, garnished with ginger & cilantro), you won't be disappointed. This place even has a coveted perfect rating on Yelp!

9. Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza, 926 N Division St., Spokane

Blaze is known for being fast, but this is some of the best "fast food" you'll ever have in your life. Those who try it never go back to the major chains.

10. Waterfront Pizza, 951 Water St., Port Townsend

Waterfront Pizza is a Port Townsend staple, and you'd be hard-pressed to find a more highly recommended pizza joint in the area.

11. The Cloverleaf, 6430 6th Ave., Tacoma

We're not sure the title of "Best Pizza in Tacoma" would go to the Cloverleaf, but this restaurant is such a long-standing landmark in the city that it has earned a spot on this list. Plus, the pizza is delicious and the St. Patrick's Day parties are just plain fun.

12. Mioposto, Seattle and Mercer Island

Mioposto now has four locations in the greater Seattle area, but the expansion hasn't lessened the quality of their delicious food. While takeout is available, you'll almost certainly want to stay and enjoy the ambiance as you dine in.

13. Abby's Legendary Pizza, Yakima, Wenatchee and East Wenatchee

Abby's pizza is legendary indeed. Their loyal patrons have been enjoying their classic pies for years, and the recipe has remained the same (and quite good).

14. Local Myth Pizza, 122 S Emerson St., Chelan

Tourists and locals alike know that this is the place to go for hand rolled, hand crafted artisan pizzas and calzones in Chelan.
