This is an artisan Italian bakery located in Eagle, Idaho that sells authentic baked goods that you'll find yourself craving. Just make sure to get there early on Saturday mornings to try their fresh Bombolone (Italian donuts). They sell out quickly and you will be sad to miss out.
Bella Biscotteria is a family-owned bakery located at 190 West State Street in Eagle. This bakery is one you’ll find yourself coming back to over and over again.
As you step inside, you’ll not only be greeted with incredible smells but there are all types of baked goods to choose from like cookies and bread.
All of the items are baked in small batches and only high-quality ingredients are used, ensuring you will want to savor every single bite. Plus, all items are developed using this bakery’s own formulas, making it hard to find anything quite like the goods sold here.
If you are craving something sweet, try the cannoli, a chocolate croissant, kolache, hand pie, or a Danish.
You'll want to try the house-made focaccia bread. This bread is prepared using a strict two-day method and is available in a variety of flavors.
There is even a cookie section at this bakery where you’ll find an assortment of cookies that are packaged and ready to take home. Believe us, you’ll want to try one of everything.
But one of the most popular items at this bakery is the fresh Bombolone or Italian donuts. These are made every Saturday morning and if you don’t arrive to Bella Biscotteria early, they’ll likely be sold out.
The Bombolones are filled with a fresh Italian pastry cream and various flavors are available including maple, lemon, cinnamon sugar, and chocolate glaze. You won’t want to leave without one (or a dozen!).
