Seriously, but float it out to see this unbelievable underwater ghost town hiding in South Carolina. Most people know entire towns were flooded to make way for several of the lakes in the Palmetto State, but this little village may be the only one that's not completely underwater. Float your boat over to see Ferguson to discover a unique part of our history.
4. Put your hands up and scream at the top of your lungs
Head to Carowinds in Fort Mill and hop on The Fury. It was dubbed the Number One Giga Coaster in the World when it debuted in 2015. Hold those arms high as you wind, twist, and flip at 95 miles per hour — you know you can. This is one of the best places to visit in SC, especially if you have kids.
5. Head to the biggest, baddest Farmers Market in the entire state
Add this event to your growing list of reasons to visit Greenville. The massive Saturday Market runs from March through October so there's still time to explore all the fun this weekend event has to offer.
