Colorado has more restaurants than we can count with every kind of ambiance imaginable, including one of our favorites: rustic. Defined as “relating to the countryside; rural,” rustic is downhome and welcoming, which is why we love places like Colorado’s aptly-named Rustic Station Restaurant:

Located in Bailey, the Rustic Station Restaurant is just that - a rustic eatery complete with a homey, country-inspired ambiance.
