One Of The Most Rustic Restaurants In Colorado Is Also One Of The Most Delicious
Colorado has more restaurants than we can count with every kind of ambiance imaginable, including one of our favorites: rustic. Defined as “relating to the countryside; rural,” rustic is downhome and welcoming, which is why we love places like Colorado’s aptly-named Rustic Station Restaurant:
Located in Bailey, the Rustic Station Restaurant is just that - a rustic eatery complete with a homey, country-inspired ambiance.
Wood paneling, taxidermy, and antiques adorning the walls? It doesn't get any more rustic than this!
Did you know that the more low-key the restaurant, the better the food? It is true, and the Rustic Station is no exception.
Featuring a prepared from scratch, cooked to order menu, there is something for everyone to love at the Rustic Station, beginning with such hearty country favorites as fried chicken ribeye, Rocky Mountain Oysters, steak, and homemade stew.
When you go, be sure to ask about their specials, which vary by day, week, and month.

Do you have a hankering for a tasty sandwich or burger? The Rustic Station has those, too!
Make sure to save room for dessert! You will thank us later.
