If you're looking for a tasty, incredible, super filling, homestyle meal then you're going to love Mountain Shadows Restaurant in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Owners Ben Zook and Kasie Swain love feeding people and when you dine at this spot, you're going to love being fed so much that you may ask for seconds - and thirds! They've been operating Mountain Shadows Restaurant since the 1990s. It first opened in Lake George; later, Colorado Springs got one, too. You'll love the generous portions and top-notch service there, and once you go once, you'll want to go back time and time again.

Everything is cooked to perfection, and it looks beautiful, too.
I highly recommend the French dip with mashed potatoes.
Whatever you order, though, you're sure to be pleased.
