You May Not Like These Predictions About Wisconsin’s Positively Frigid Upcoming Winter
Hang on tight there, fellow residents of Wisconsin. The Old Farmer’s Almanac just released a preview of its 2017 almanac, and it doesn’t look good for the Badger State. The almanac uses a unique mixture of scientific data and historical records, which isn’t exactly the same as getting your weather report from a meteorologist, but the almanac’s website claims that it’s 80% accurate.
The Old Farmer’s Almanac provided a sneak peek into its winter weather projections this week, and you might not be too happy about them.
In addition to all that snow, the average temperatures this winter are projected to be even lower than normal. All that ice? Once it coats everything in sight, it’s not going anywhere.
U.S. Climate data shows that the coldest month in Wisconsin is January. The average low temperature that month is only 16 degrees Fahrenheit! Can you imagine an even colder average this year?
