While the building may look plain from the outside, there's no mistaking the distinctive "11" out front as well as signs pointing you in the direction of the hand-made kettle chips.

In an effort to stay environmentally conscious, no trees were cut down during the building of this factory in 2008. The building also faces south to ensure maximum sunlight exposure in the winter.
Route 11 was established in 1992 as a high-quality producer of small batch potato chips.

In November of 2012, Route 11 was the second potato chip factory in the Nation to be recognized by the Non-GMO Project.
Step inside the visitor's center and you'll be welcomed into the cheerful, bright exterior of the exposed floor plan with viewing windows right into the factory.

These large windows allow visitors to see the entire process of potato chip making, except for the peeling of the potatos.
