The Remote Winery In New Jersey That’s Picture Perfect For A Day Trip
When you think of good wine, places like Napa Valley probably come to mind. New Jersey probably isn't anyone's first thought. However, we have some pretty spectacular wineries in the Garden State. In fact, if you're a wine aficionado, this is a wonderful state to live in. We've got a sunset wine cruise, an epic wine trail and one of the most impressive wine cellars in the world. We've also got a fantastic winery where you can do more than drink; check it out!
White Horse Winery is located in Hammonton, the blueberry capital of New Jersey
It turns out, they're pretty good with grapes, too.
White Horse Winery recently received national recognition for their 2013 Cabernet Franc Reserve, 2013 Barrel Aged Vintner’s Blend, 2015 Barrel Fermented Chardonnay and the 2015 Provincial Style Rosé.
Tastings include five wines of your choosing and a souvenir glass. They also offer three artisan food boards for an extra fee.
Their gourmet goodness pairs perfectly with the wine.
But they also offer rotating food trucks on Fridays! Next Friday, you'll find the French Quarter Food Truck and Cannoli World Dessert Truck.
You can also come out to enjoy live music Friday -Sunday.
Access to the grounds is free and it's a beautiful place to be.
