Montana is full of places that look downright otherworldly, and we're lucky we get to enjoy them. The Cabinet Mountains sit nestled in the northwest corner of the state near the Idaho Panhandle, and the scenery there is spectacular... in fact, if you go at the right time, you might feel like you're dreaming.

The Cabinet Mountains Wilderness Area is vast, and since motorized vehicles are prohibited, it's primitive.
