Situated directly on the pristine Galveston Bay, Flying Dutchman is one of Kemah's finest seafood restaurants. Open-air patio seating imparts unparalleled waterfront views -- not to mention the food is absolutely scrumptious.
Start your meal off on the right foot with one of several mouthwatering appetizers. Fresh ceviche, calamari, bacon-wrapped shrimp, and fried pickles are just a few of the options from which to choose.
When it comes time for the main course, you'll be faced with quite the delicious dilemma. Will you go with a classic like popcorn shrimp or catfish, or branch out a little and try something more unique? If you opt for the latter, dishes like red snapper in a white wine cream sauce
Are you an oyster lover? If so, get ready for a taste sensation nothing short of mindblowing. Served on the half-shell, these bad boys come with horseradish and cocktail sauce. You can also get 'em as part of a famous Flying Dutchman seafood platter.
