It's typically during this time of year when I start to get restless and begin to search for a change of scenery, a place where I can get out and enjoy some fresh air and the colors and scents of the season.

Landrum is a charming little town in South Carolina, north of Spartanburg. Known for its wide range of antique stores and stunning scenery, I can’t think of a better place to welcome in the spring season.

Located in a historic building from the late 1800s, this family-friendly joint serves up traditional American fare, including burgers, steaks, fish, and some of the best baby back ribs in town.

Conveniently located halfway between Greenville and Spartanburg, an hour from Asheville, about 45 minutes from the Biltmore mansion, and 20 minutes from the Tryon International Equestrian Center, there are countless options for adventure during your getaway trip. There are plenty of things to do in Landrum to keep you entertained...But I wouldn't blame you if you just enjoyed the tranquil surroundings from this waterfront cabin.
