Headed to the Charleston area in the coming months and still need to secure a safe place to stay? Well, even if you weren't heading to Charleston - you may decide to come once you check out this amazing AirBnB boat in South Carolina. Before you start to worry about your sea legs or getting dizzy on the water... just take a look below.
The Hakuna Matata is a luxury 35-foot Chris Craft yacht... sunk six feet into the earth and is one of the most unique AirBnB rentals in the state.
It's located in Summerville, just minutes outside of Charleston.
Please note the boat requires you to walk up a few steps to get to the deck (where you'll find an outdoor seating area) and then there are a few steep steps that lead down into the cabin. Afterall, it IS a boat.
The boat can comfortably accommodate up to four people.
There is one king bed, one twin bed, and for the forth person you'll need to request an air mattress.
If you've never slept on a boat - in the middle of the yard (not many of us have!) then this is your chance!
The boat comes equipped with all linens, a fridge, microwave, dishes, utensils, hot running water, and heat and air, to name only a few of the many amenities.
It also has its own bathroom that doubles as a shower.
Out in the yard, you'll find a community fire pit, playground, and a grill area.
The Hakuna Matata shares the yard with three other tiny AirBnB rentals: a treehouse, a cottage, and a tiny house.
By far, the most unique of them all is the 35-foot Chris Craft sunk deep into the soil.
