This Treehouse Retreat In Montana May Just Be Your New Favorite Destination

The Montana Treehouse Retreat offers a luxurious and unique lodging experience just outside of Columbia Falls.

Sometimes (OK, most times), it's fun to stay somewhere that's a little out of the ordinary. And it doesn't get much better than sleeping in a treehouse -- especially if the treehouse happens to be luxurious. If you watch the DIY Network, you may recognize the Montana Treehouse Retreat from the show The Treehouse Guys. This rustic-elegant retreat is now open for business.

The Montana Treehouse Retreat is located at 2215 Dillon Road, just outside of Columbia Falls.

Kati and Darin were featured on The Treehouse Guys in 2016.

The crew stayed for 6 weeks and helped them frame the treehouse.

As you can see, you won't be roughing it here.

There's a full kitchen with a dishwasher and stove. You'll also find a full bathroom with a shower on the first floor.

There's another private bathroom in the master suite loft, which has a queen-sized Tempur-pedic mattress.

Between this amazing bed and the 7 quiet wooded acres that surround you, you'll get the best rest of your life.

The treehouse also has 3 sofa beds, so it's perfect for a small writers' retreat or a family vacation.

At $350 per night with a 3-night minimum stay, these aren't budget accommodation. But it's absolutely worth the splurge.

This will be an unforgettable and totally unique experience.

Sometimes it's fun to skip the standard hotel stay and enjoy something a little more out-of-the-ordinary. Luckily, Montana is full of unique accommodations for all budgets and tastes.
