Spend The Day With Wolves At Howler’s Inn In Bozeman, Montana

Howler's Inn Bed & Breakfast in Bridger Canyon offers cozy accommodations and a unique experience with a resident wolf sanctuary.

At first glance, the description for Howler's Inn almost seems too good to be true. Located in the Bozeman area surrounded by mountain ranges and rolling hills, it's a full-service bed and breakfast that happens to have a resident wolf pack. If you're a fan of wildlife, nature, and a little pampering, prepare to fall in love with this place.

Howler's Inn Bed & Breakfast is set on 42 acres in the picturesque Bridger Canyon, just outside of Bozeman.

The property has won numerous awards from prestigious travel publications, including Best Lodging in Bozeman from Travel & Leisure Magazine.

Not only is the setting absolutely incredible, it's close to all kinds of natural wonders.

Yellowstone National Park, prime fly fishing rivers and lakes, and massive ski hills are all in close proximity.

The wolf sanctuary was set up to captive-bred wolves that are unable to be released into the wild.

They are kept in two separate enclosures and given the best care (and lots of love).

The sanctuary is not federally funded -- it survives solely from donations and income from the guests of the inn.

The wolves here are all spayed and neutered and aren't bred for profit -- just rescued.

Guests of the inn are more than welcome to photograph and view the wolves, which they can do from the viewing platform.

The viewing areas aren't open to the public, so you'll have to get a room if you want to see them. Don't worry -- it's well worth it.

The four guest rooms at the inn are cozy, comfortable, and relaxing.

Each room has different bed arrangements, but they all have their own private bathrooms. Guests are also welcome to steam their stresses away in the Finnish sauna, choose a DVD to watch from the massive collection, or enjoy some wine with fellow guests in the common room.

In the morning, prepare to be awakened by the smell of delicious food.

Breakfast is part of the experience here, and it's wonderful.

Staying at Howler's Inn is not only good for you and your loved ones, but it benefits the wolves as well.

It's a vacation with a purpose.
