It’s Summer All Year Round At This Brand-New Massachusetts Resort

Did your summer plans include a relaxing trip to the Caribbean? No? Sadly, neither did mine. Fortunately, I have some good news for you! If the beginnings of fall have you dreaming of lounging by the pool and sipping fruity cocktails in the sun, you still have plenty of time to book a tropical getaway. And if you live in Massachusetts or the surrounding area, you don't even need to book a flight to get here. You can enjoy frozen margaritas and cheeseburgers in paradise in Hyannis all year long at the brand-new Margaritaville Resort Cape Cod!

Margaritaville Resort Cape Cod is set to open in early October of this year. The brand-new hotel is the first Margaritaville resort in New England, one of many establishments in the worldwide enterprise inspired by the late singer and entrepreneur, Jimmy Buffett.

The resort will take over the popular Cape Codder Resort and Spa. The current $30 million renovation will bring modern updates to the property while keeping true to the iconic Cape Cod feel.

If you have ever visited a Margaritaville Resort (I may have been to one or two myself), you know they are great places to vacation. The laid-back island atmosphere just screams fun and relaxation.

The new Cape Cod location will be packed with family-friendly attractions, including a tropical indoor water park named Fins Up. Enjoy a beachy vibe year-round as you brave the water slides and take a relaxing ride down the lazy river.

Daily water park passes will also be available to visitors not staying at the resort.

There are several spots within the property for visitors to enjoy a delicious meal or an island cocktail. LandShark Bar & Grill is a great place to grab burgers, tacos, and seafood items.

And a cold LandShark Lager to wash it all down!

For quick bites and yummy cocktails, Salty Rim Bar & Grill is the place to visit.

The resort will also include a poolside snack bar and a coffee shop.

Margaritaville Resort Cape Cod will feature 272 guestrooms. These include standard and deluxe rooms, suites, and upscale residences. The rooms are decorated with island-inspired decor and beachy colors.

For the ultimate Margaritaville experience, guests can reserve the Jimmy Buffett Suite. This premier room is 900 square feet and includes a bedroom, living room, and courtyard access. I don't know about you, but I'm ready to book now!
