If you are fascinated by these stories like I am, then I can’t wait to tell you about this one-of-a-kind vacation rental in St. Anthony, Idaho. The Yellowstone Bandits Escape House is not only a cozy Airbnb with loads of amenities, but it’s also a home full of puzzles and intrigue. Are you ready for an escape like no other?
When you arrive, the Yellowstone Bandits Escape House doesn’t look like much but here, it’s truly what’s on the inside that counts.
The story goes that the infamous Yellowstone Bandits stole more than $40 million from Yellowstone National Park. If you open the big safe in the end, you’ll even win prizes and make the home’s leaderboard.
Of course, you don’t have to play and you can come to this Idaho Airbnb to relax and get away. It is just a short drive from Yellowstone National Park, Harriman State Park, Henry’s Lake State Park, Mesa Falls, and so many other bucket-list-worthy destinations.
This isn’t a large home but it provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. It features a studio design with one bedroom and one bathroom, and there are five beds throughout the property, comfortably sleeping up to seven guests.
There is also a kitchen for preparing all of your meals and plenty of seats if you need to sit down and solve clues. Try sitting down at the swinging table as well. It makes mealtime much more fun.
You can also head outside and relax in the hot tub if you want a chance to clear your mind and relax.
During the summer, the hosts provide two adult kayaks and two children kayaks to use at the river park. In the winter, there are two pairs of snowshoes that guests can use.
