If you love sunflowers, for example, carve out time for a visit to the Fair Haven Farms Sunflower Festival this summer. It’s the perfect way to spend a few hours or an entire day with the family.

Fair Haven Farms in Grove City, just under an hour’s drive from downtown Pittsburgh, will host its first Sunflower Festival on August 28 and 29, 2021.

The family-friendly festival welcomes visitors from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days, which will be filled with fun activities.

However, the highlight of the festival will be the sunflower fields themselves. Stroll through the fields of vibrant sunflowers, which make the perfect backdrop for photographs.

You can also pick your own sunflowers, which cost $3 a stem, to take home with you as a reminder of the fun you’ve had.
