USA Today picked Asbury Park as one of the top ten places to listen to music in the country and it's no surprise as to why. The Stone Pony is an iconic venue where many a famous musician got their start. It is a favorite of Bruce Springsteen. Wonder Bar is equally as impressive and even hosts seasonal "Yappy Hours" on the outdoor patio for dog lovers. Asbury Lanes is a hip vintage spot hosting live music and, unsurprisingly, bowling. All are great places to go.
This quirky boardwalk is a fun mix of vintage and modern. There are so many great attractions, shops and restaurants to check out. The Silverball Arcade Museum is a great way to spend the day, and you can dine at McLoone's Asbury Grille, Langosta Lounge, The Anchor’s Bend, Watermark, Stella Marina, or Pop’s Garage when you’re done. If you’re in the mood to shop, the options are endless – consider Carla Gizzi, Asbury Galleria, Shelter Home, Style Rocket, Criterion Chocolates or Greetings from Geralyn.
The Paramount Theater and Asbury Park Convention Hall are architecturally stunning.
