As the diner capital of America, New Jersey has HUNDREDS of diners. At last count, there were 525 to choose from, and everyone has a favorite. Sometimes, it’s fun to switch things up and try something new. I recently read an article that estimated that somewhere near 80 percent of New Jersey diners are Greek-owned.
