The Polish Diner In New Jersey Where You’ll Find All Sorts Of Authentic Eats
As the diner capital of America, New Jersey has HUNDREDS of diners. At last count, there were 525 to choose from, and everyone has a favorite. Sometimes, it’s fun to switch things up and try something new. I recently read an article that estimated that somewhere near 80 percent of New Jersey diners are Greek-owned. While I can’t verify that specific number, I know that many of my favorite diners serve up delicious Greek dishes in addition to American classics. Today, we’re featuring a Polish diner that offers up authentic eats…check it out!

They've got a second location in Belmar that's nearly as inconspicuous but just as incredible.

Both locations are on the smaller side, but they're worth the wait.

Enjoy fantastic, flaky fries, burgers, all sorts of sandwiches, pitas, wraps, and more.

Scrambled eggs, crisp bacon, pepper Jack cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, chopped red onions and a Chipotle hollandaise sauce on toasted French rolls. Yum!

We NEED these pancakes in our life. You'll also find homemade French toast, including "Elvis French Toast" with peanut butter and bananas. Or perhaps an omelette is more your thing? They've got plenty of options! There's ham and cheese, fresh smoked salmon, grilled chicken...

You'll find traditional Polish dishes (just like Grandma Jenny made!) including pierogies, potato pancakes, and kielbasa. They also mix Polish and American favorites to create dishes like the loaded pierogi omelette and a keilbasa, egg, and cheese sandwich.
Whatever location you visit, you’re sure to be satisfied. Comfi is open for breakfast and lunch and can be found at 2638 County Road 516, Old Bridge and 707 Main Street, Belmar.
