Bring a lower than average snowfall, at least for Western Pennsylvania, and with snow at perhaps just the right time: in mid-December (just in time for Christmas), early February, and the middle of March.

While you’re enjoying lower than average snowfall, prepare to bundle up for the season’s coldest temperatures from the middle to the end of December, the beginning of January, and the middle of February.

Have your shovels ready, Northern Pennsylvania, because your snowiest winter days will fall from mid to late December, at the beginning of February, and in the middle of March.

Keep warm during the coldest parts of the winter, predicted to be the beginning of December, the beginning of January, and during the middle of February.
