Fortunately, New Hampshire nature walks abound where we live, and Fosters Pond Natural Area in Windham is a perfect place to get your healing dose of nature.

Fosters Pond Natural Area in Windham is a large town-owned preserve with an extensive trail system that allows for easy woods-walking.

Fosters Pond is just one of several areas in Windham that have been conserved for protection from development and to provide habitat for wildlife.

The main attraction here is a 1.1-mile loop trail around Fosters Pond. This route can also be broken up roughly in half to create a shorter loop as well.
