1. Beaver Brook Falls, Colebrook
This 80-foot waterfall is breathtaking, and even more wonderful because it is fully viewable from the parking lot.
2. Diana's Baths, Bartlett
Diana's Baths is one of the most popular waterfalls in New Hampshire because it is easily accessible, perfect for splashing, and is downright beautiful. We admit that this one has a short half-mile walk, but it is down a smooth path easily navigated by strollers or a wheelchair. The beauty is worth the small hike.
3. Falls of Song, Moultonborough
The Falls of Song is a delight for the senses, seeing the water and listening to the noise that gives the waterfall its name. This one requires a 0.1-mile walk, so keep that in mind!
4. The Flume Lower Falls, Hart's Location
While all of the beloved Flume isn't accessible, the lower falls can be viewed from the parking lot.
5. Jackson Falls, Jackson
Jackson Falls is gorgeous, with a series of small falls adding up to about 100-foot drop. They are also a great spot for splashing in the water. The falls are visible from the parking lot or the road.
6. Lower Ammonoosuc Falls, Carroll
The Lower Ammonoosuc Falls is a great place to swim and take in the New Hampshire beauty. This is also a fairly accessible waterfall, with just a quarter-mile walk down a hard-packed dirt road to access the falls.
7. Lower Falls, Albany
This small waterfall on the swift river is an extremely popular swimming spot for tourists driving along the Kancamagus Highway. The falls are right next to the road, making them very accessible.
8. Pollard's Mills, Newport
This 18-foot drop along the Sugar River, near an excellent swimming location, is visible from the roadside.
9. Sabbaday Falls, Waterville Valley
It does take a short hike to reach Sabbaday falls, but it's only 0.3 miles. The falls are well worth the effort, if you're able. Although the path is smooth, there are some inclines, so keep that in mind when you decide whether a visit to Sabbaday is a good fit for your family.
10. Silver Cascade, Hart's Location
This 250-foot drop is absolutely stunning and is fully viewable from the road in Crawford Notch State Park.
