You’ll Never Forget A Visit To This One Of A Kind Exotic Animal Sanctuary In Montana
Animal Ed.ventures in Roundup, Montana, is a sanctuary housing species from six continents, promoting healthy pet ownership and education.
Seeing wildlife is a standard part of Montana living, and we're very fortunate to be surrounded by so many beautiful creatures. But many Montanans don't know that we also have an amazing animal sanctuary here that currently houses species from six continents. It's called Animal Ed.ventures and it's located in Roundup.
Animal Ed.ventures is owned by Cory Freeman, who has dedicated her life to the cause.
Cory has been working with exotic species for decades and eventually decided to construct a space where they would be kept safe and healthy.
This peaceful place is set up to host all kinds of animals.
The sanctuary's mission is to increase awareness of the ever-expanding exotic pet trade and educate about the pros, cons and commitment involved in the keeping of any pet.
They seek to promote healthy, educated pet ownership.
The sanctuary is for the animals, of course... but it's for people too.
The team here seeks not only to inform children and adults about animal care, but to inspire them to make a difference in the world.
You never know what you'll see at the sanctuary.
Birds and mammals are sent here for a lot of different reasons, and the goal is always to keep them healthy and happy.
Animal Ed.ventures is supported mainly by private donations and proceeds from public tours.
So if you were looking for an excuse to visit this wonderful place, now you have one.
The hours here vary by season, so if you're interested in a tour, call 406-323-3291.
Some of the animals at the sanctuary are adoptable, so you just might leave with your new best friend.
You never know what you'll see at Animal Ed.ventures. Another must-see animal sanctuary in Montana is the Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center.
