There’s A Chocolate Cafe In Montana And It’s Just As Heavenly As It Sounds
Fellow Montanans, there’s a new chocolatier in town, and we’re pleased to report that it is wonderful. A new, upscale, chocolate-focused cafe quietly opened in Missoula last summer, and it seems to be getting more popular by the day. Allow us to introduce you to Ducrey Chocolate Maker.
The cafe opened in June 2020, much to the delight of all chocolate-loving Montanans.

The chocolate manufacturing lab is right behind the cafe, so everything is made on-site.
Other than the beans, ingredients are sourced locally whenever possible, preferably from responsible and sustainable suppliers.
The coffee is organic, and they specialize in nitro cold brew. They also sell their own chocolate in the form of hot chocolate with organic oat milk.
The Sentinel is made from Ducrey's very own chocolate and an espresso shot and topped with whipped cream. They also offer Americanos, matcha lattes, and more.
If waffles aren't your thing, you'll have your choice of fresh pastries to pair with your coffee.
The cafe is open daily from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m., so stop by the next time a chocolate craving strikes.
