We don’t have a lot of zoos here in Mississippi, so the opportunities for viewing exotic animals are pretty limited. And finding a place that lets you get up close and personal with exotic animals, well, that’s even rarer…until now. Thanks to the recently opened Wild Acres, you can hold, take photos with, and paint with a variety of animals. Take a look:

Earlier this year, Wild Acres opened in McHenry. The unique farm is home to exotic animals from across five different continents.

In addition to a zebra and kangaroo, the farm is home to several other exotic animals. There are also a few familiar faces, like alpacas and goats.

Wild Acres isn’t open on a regular basis. Luckily, there are still a few ways for you to get to know the animals there. The first option is a photo shoot.
