Well known local chef, Ouita Michel, does this better than anyone, and she’s done it again with a new restaurant in the old Fayette County Courthouse. Zim’s Cafe is a wonderful dining destination in Lexington that offers a variety of homemade menu items and a relaxed atmosphere that makes it one of the best new restaurants in Kentucky.
