The holiday season is a lot of fun. It's also incredibly busy, meaning you've got a great excuse to cut back on cooking and dine out more often. Each eatery on this list is one we've mentioned in 2018, and it would be a shame to let the year end without trying as many as possible. Bon appétit!
1. Cattle Baron Supper Club, Hwy. 89, Babb
Since 1986, this rustic steakhouse has been a local favorite. Many Montanans have had the best steak of their lives here,
2. Joe's Pasty Shop, 1641 Grand Ave., Butte
Nothing warms you up on a cold day like a piping hot pasty. And Joe’s serves some of the best in Montana.
3. The Wich Haus, 105 Wisconsin Ave., Whitefish
The Wich Haus is a brand new addition to Whitefish, and they're already serving some of Montana’s best sandwiches. Try the Rib ‘Wich.
4. Montana Sky, 27 N 27th St., Billings
End the year by dining above the clouds. Montana Sky is located at the top of the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, and the views and the food are fantastic.
5. Little Montana, 63452 US Hwy. 93, Ronan
Little Montana opened in early 2018, and for the residents of Ronan, it was love at first bite. The sweet and savory brunch bites here are delicious.
6. Double Front Cafe, 112 W Alder St., Missoula
The Double Front Cafe is a tried and true eatery that has served scrumptious fried chicken for more than half a century. And the holiday season just happens to be the perfect time to get some tasty takeout.
7. The Union Grill, 1 Grand Union Sq., Fort Benton
Speaking of tried and true, the Grand Union Hotel is one of the oldest buildings in Montana. And the onsite eatery, The Union Grille, is a cozy and relaxing spot to enjoy a mouthwatering meal.
