This brewery was founded in 2012. It's family-owned and is focused on German-style beer. This is the company's fourth biergarten in Colorado and it's the largest so far.

The adjacent brewery and headquarters plans to produce 20,000 barrels initially but will eventually expand to the production of 40,000 to 50,000 barrels annually.
