The namesake waterfall of Twelve Foot Falls Park is situated along a 0.9-mile loop trail, so you can enjoy its benefits without much effort. What’s more, it’s easily accessible, making it a great summertime visit since you can cool off in its refreshing waters. Twelve Foot Falls isn’t the park’s only waterfall, though. There’s also Eight Foot Falls and Eighteen Foot Falls.

Cascading 50’ through large rock formations, Long Slide Falls is commonly referred to as one of the most impressive waterfalls in the Lake Michigan Watershed. Climbing on the rocks will afford you varying views of the waterfall, each as stunning as the next. Long Slide Falls is located about four miles past Morgan Park – just keep your eyes peeled for the signs. After checking out Long Slide Falls, head about half-a-mile northwest to nearby Smalley Falls.

The typical waterfall found in Marinette County, Dave’s Falls boasts lower falls that feature a narrow chute with a 10-foot drop and upper falls, which are wider and about six feet high. Though not as large as some of the other waterfalls on this list, Dave’s Falls is no less impressive. Another plus is that the surrounding rocks make it easy to get close to the falls and splash around in their refreshing waters.
