The rocks and stairs can become slippery depending on rainfall, so it's crucial that hikers remain on the designated pathway the entire way up.
From the top, hikers will enjoy breathtaking mountain views for as far as the eye can see. If you choose to continue along the trail, you'll eventually meet up with the famous Appalachian Trail.
