Follow An Old Logging Railroad To A Waterfall On This Enchanting Virginia Trail
History and nature go hand-in-hand here in Virginia, where the landscape tells a complicated and fascinating story of years gone by. Today, we’ll introduce you to one such place where the past doesn’t feel too far away. Tucked away near the Blue Ridge Parkway, you’ll find a route known as the Yankee Horse Ridge Trail. This short-and-sweet trail follows a former logging railroad and eventually leads to a waterfall, promising enchanting scenery at every turn.
