You'll start your journey at one of the most haunted cemeteries in New England. Visitors have reported feeling as though they're being pushed backwards without anyone near them. Others have said walking felt difficult, as if they're wading through water. And some have said they saw a hooded figure. 2. The University of New Hampshire, Durham

3. Alton Town Hall, Alton

4. Colonial Theatre, Laconia

This state hospital was build back in 1842 and treated tons of mentally ill patients throughout the years. While a new psychiatric hospital has been built next door, the abandoned one still stands. 6. The Ocean Born Mary House, Henniker

If you're from New Hampshire you likely already know the story of Ocean Born Mary. According to legend, she was born on a ship that set sail from Ireland. The ship was captured by pirates. The head pirate captain agreed to allow all the passengers to live if the child was named after his mother, Mary. The legend says that the pirate came to the Granite State many years later to visit Mary and stayed to be cared for in his old age. He's said to have buried his treasure near the house. It is said Mary still haunts the property to protect the riches.

7. Amos J. Blake House, Fitzwilliam

This famously historic home is so haunted that the TV program "Ghost Hunters" even came to explore it. And yep, they confirmed that there's a whole lot of paranormal activity happening here!
