When's the last time you pampered yourself? Did something you really enjoyed without having to worry about the responsibilities of life for just one day? Probably far too long, right? Well, if you like sampling some of the finest wine around as you visit area wineries, climb aboard this wine trolley in Missouri for relaxing day of fun and wine tasting.

Welcome to Hermann, an enchanting small town in Missouri known for its charming wineries.

Visiting a winery offers the perfect way to spend a few hours or an entire day, but not everyone gets to join in on the sampling fun. Someone, after all, has to avoid the wine as the designated driver.

Don't miss out on your next visit to Hermann's best wineries. Instead, hop aboard a trolley with the Hermann Trolley Company.

Each member of your party will pay just $20 for a day on the trolley. Reservations aren't required, but call ahead on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to find out whether trolleys are running.

You have plenty of spots to visit on your day trip. Explore such area wineries at Stone Hill Winery, which features more than two dozen wines.

Stone Hill Winery advises that visitors can spend as many as 2.5 hours at the charming winery.

Other popular Hermann Wineries include Hermannhof Winery, Oak Glenn Winery, and Adam Puchta Winery.

You may also want to request a stop at Fernweh Distilling or Tin Hill Brewing Company. At the brewery, for example, you can sample several beers. Pair your drinks with a piping hot pizza or other flavorful snacks.

Hermann Trolley Company is open Monday, Thursday, and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Call ahead on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to see if the trolley will be running. You can reach the trolley company at 636-575-6920.
