Walk the Idaho Falls Greenbelt
Our first activity of the day is to bask in the beauty of the area. The morning is the perfect time to enjoy a scenic walk around the beautiful Idaho Falls Greenbelt. The 10-mile Greenbelt is located along the Snake River and in the heart of the downtown area. ARTitorium
Next, we will head to the ARTitorium on Broadway. This interactive art adventure is located just a few blocks away from the Idaho Falls Greenbelt and will be a favorite activity for everyone in your family. This destination is particularly geared towards younger children, but adults will enjoy it as well. There are all types of hands-on activities that help individuals unleash their creativity, from green screen studios and light tables to stop-motion animation.
Museum of Idaho
If the ARTitorium doesn't capture your interest but you still want something to do that is educational, entertaining, and in the downtown area, the Museum of Idaho is a winner. This large museum offers rotating exhibits, interactive learning, and fascinating history. You can spend some time in the main exhibit, check out displays unique to Idaho and its history, or take young children to the Discovery Room where they can climb on mountains, crawl through caves, and play with puzzles, books, and other objects. Dixie’s Dinner
When it is time for lunch, there's one place you must go - Dixie’s Diner.
