Bring The Whole Family To Zoo Boo, A Kid-Friendly Halloween Event In Texas
Halloween doesn’t have to be all about things that go bump in the night. At the Houston Zoo, the whole family can have a ghoulishly good time! Zoo Boo, a kid-friendly fall festival, is back for another year of fun. Wear a costume, ride the “scary-go-round,” take lots of pictures, and watch the animals play with festive props at this can’t-miss event.

You'll find the zoo on Hermann Park Drive in Houston.

It promises to be a ghoulishly good time for all who attend.

One winner is chosen each week, so dress to impress! Competition aside, nearly a dozen Instagrammable photo-ops will be staged throughout the zoo. Take plenty of pictures to remember your visit by.

Expect to have a laugh or two as the animals play with festive props. Little ones, in particular, are guaranteed to squeal with delight watching tigers, elephants, sea lions, and many more curious critters move about their enclosures.

There's so much to do, you'll inevitably be left wondering where the day went.

Additionally, visitors ages 10 and older are required to wear a facial covering.

Infants (1 and under) get in free, and carousel-only tickets are $4. Military, college students, and those with a Lone Star Card receive a discount, and the zoo offers free admission on one Tuesday per month. Upcoming dates are November 10 and December 20.
