It wouldn't be fall without attending a few harvest festivals, and Lone Star Family Farm in Stephenville has one of the best around. With thousands of pumpkins, corn mazes, a sunflower field, and tons more festive fun, it's a Texas-sized way to celebrate the season.
Spanning 100 acres, Lone Star Family Farm is brimming with fall fun for everyone.
With over 20 attractions, it's a true autumn wonderland. You'll find the farm on Highway 67 in Stephenville.
Far as the eye can see, thousands of pumpkins, gourds, Indian corn, and fall decor are just waiting to be taken home.
The variety is truly incredible, so whether you're looking for a Charlie Brown pumpkin or massive jack-o-lantern, rest-assured you won't walk away empty handed.
Can you make it out of the giant corn maze?
Featuring eight acres of twists and turns, plus a new theme each year, this puzzling labyrinth challenges even those with the keenest sense of direction. There's also a mini corn maze for the little ones in addition to an after-dark maze experience with only a flashlight as your guide.
Frolic through a bright and cheery sunflower field, the vibrant blooms putting a smile on the faces of all who behold them.
Weather conditions and other variables all influence the ripening date, so no guarantees the field will look like this when you visit -- fingers crossed, though!
Other activities include a train ride, corn cannon, hayrides, adorable barnyard animals, slides, and so much more.
There's endless fun to be had, with boredom not even in the realm of possibilities.
Don't leave without taking advantage of all the family photo-ops!
These festive memories deserve to be documented and cherished forever.
