Lone Star Family Farm In Texas Has Endless Fall Fun For The Whole Family
It wouldn’t be fall without attending a few harvest festivals, and Lone Star Family Farm in Stephenville has one of the best around. With thousands of pumpkins, corn mazes, a sunflower field, and tons more festive fun, it’s a Texas-sized way to celebrate the season.
Spanning 100 acres, Lone Star Family Farm is brimming with fall fun for everyone.
The variety is truly incredible, so whether you're looking for a Charlie Brown pumpkin or massive jack-o-lantern, rest-assured you won't walk away empty handed.
Featuring eight acres of twists and turns, plus a new theme each year, this puzzling labyrinth challenges even those with the keenest sense of direction. There's also a mini corn maze for the little ones in addition to an after-dark maze experience with only a flashlight as your guide.
Frolic through a bright and cheery sunflower field, the vibrant blooms putting a smile on the faces of all who behold them.
Weather conditions and other variables all influence the ripening date, so no guarantees the field will look like this when you visit -- fingers crossed, though!
Other activities include a train ride, corn cannon, hayrides, adorable barnyard animals, slides, and so much more.
Note: The farm will be closed Friday, November 5th.
Tickets must be purchased online in advance of your visit. General admission is $16.50 for ages three and up, and all attractions are included. Pumpkins, fall decor, and concessions cost extra, although the former two can be bought without paying for admission. Visit the farm’s website or Facebook page to learn more.
