It's called The Dollhouse, and it's nestled in - you guessed it - downtown Bismarck, North Dakota.

It was built in 1909. It certainly shows its age, inside and out, but it's aged much more like a stunning, well-kept home than, say, a gallon of milk. What, too specific again?

From the moment you walk in, you feel like you've been transported back in time.

...and suddenly, sipping aromatic tea in the room pictured above sounds really, really good.

The furniture is a beautiful mixture of vintage Victorian splendor and modern-day comforts.

The home is a three-bedroom, one-and-a-half bathroom slice of historical heaven that can sleep up to six people comfortably. You know what that means: sleepover with the besties!

Well, that, or you can come by yourself to relax, unwind, and get away from it all without really getting AWAY from much.

After all, it's nestled in downtown Bismarck, and Bismarck is a delightful little city. There's plenty to do, see, and experience, so no matter what your interests may be, you're sure to find something that garners your fascination.

Even the house itself is wonder-worthy, and we could spend hours simply wandering the halls and studying the intricate details of the architecture.

Homes are simply no longer built like this beauty is, and that's a shame. At least we have beautiful relics like this one to remind us of days long past - of another life.

Top to bottom, this little stay is a charmer.

Oh, and we almost forgot to mention there's a beautiful little sun porch with a swing, which is accessible during the summer months.
