The One Amazing Place In Minnesota Where You Can Camp Right On The Lake
Crow Wing Lake Campground in Minnesota offers a scenic and family-friendly camping experience by the lake.
If you can't find campgrounds in Minnesota on a lake - the Land of 10,000 Lakes - where can you find them? Minnesota is filled to the brim with watery oases where you'll find some truly incredible campgrounds. One of our favorite places to camp is a little-known campground called Crow Wing Lake Campground. Read on to learn about camping in Minnesota at this absolutely lovely camping spot.
Crow Wing Lake Campground is located in northern Minnesota in the Brainerd Lakes Area.
As you might guess, the campground is nestled right on the shores of Crow Wing Lake. This 382-acre lake is a beautiful place to spend a long weekend away from home.
The campground boasts many lakeside camping spots along the shore. What better way to wake up with the sound of waves washing up right outside your door?
Sites are spacious and green, with lots of tree cover.
There are both RV and tent sites available.
Once you set up camp, it's time to explore! The lake is lovely for boating and fishing. You can even drop a line right off the dock.
A sandy beach is the perfect spot to wade in for a refreshing dip in the lake.
For those who don't love lake swimming, Crow Wing Lake Campground has you covered. A large, lovely pool includes a slide and plenty of space to cool off.
Children will enjoy the large playground!
It even comes with a fun boat that kids will enjoy climbing over!
All in all, this beautiful campground is well worth the visit. Book a spot on the lake and enjoy a long, relaxing weekend.
