De Leon Springs State Park is a beautiful place for visitors to come and enjoy a day under the sun.

Within the state park there is so much to do, from kayaking to hiking, manatee-watching and swimming.

But what many people don’t know is that is the same park where they get to rent a kayak, they can also snag all-you-can-eat-pancakes!

Old Spanish Sugar Mill is a restaurant and bakery inside De Leon Springs State Park that allows guests to indulge in a serious make-your-own-breakfast extravaganza.

There aren’t too many restaurants within the state that allows people to actually cook their own meal, so it’s one-of-a-kind in itself.

Imagine spending the entire day working up an appetite swimming in the crystal clear water of the springs and hiking through the park…

…and then taking a break to feast on all-you-can-eat pancakes exactly how you like them.

The thing about the Old Spanish Sugar Mill is that it isn’t like any other dining experience you may have had in Florida.

With a piping hot griddle right at the table, guests can make their very own pancakes, with their own preferred toppings.
