Situated on a six-mile strip of of ocean and bay shoreline, the cottages offer unparalleled access to the Indian River Marina.

From the cottages, you can enjoy swimming, surf and deep-sea fishing, surfing, sailing, paddling, hiking, bird watching and other outdoor summer fun.

Each cottage sleeps six and features dining and living areas. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking tools as well as heating and air conditioning, and a washer and dryer are also outfitted in each home.

There's a gas fireplace to cozy up to in the cooler months, and during the summer, the screen porch overlooking the water is a beautiful luxury. Family dinners and romantic cocktails on the porch are amplified tenfold by the serene view.

Rates peak in the summer at $720 for a weekend or $1,900 for a week long stay. In the off-season months, rates are as low as $320 for a weekend and $850 for a week.

Be sure to check the list of items you should bring with you if you're planning a trip to these cottages. Visitors need to provide their own linens, food, paper products, and most importantly, wifi.
