There’s A Star Wars-Themed Pub In Southern California, And It’s Enchanting
If you’re the type of person that has a strong answer to the question “Who shot first?”, then you’ll definitely find your people at the unique destination featured here. Scum and Villainy Cantina is a themed bar that pays homage to geekdom and all-things-nerdy. They welcome any and all fandoms but you’ll notice strong references to Star Wars, in particular. So, set your phasers to “stun” and head over to this one-of-a-kind watering hole in the heart of Hollywood.
Tucked along Hollywood Boulevard, Scum and Villainy Cantina is a bar unlike any other in Hollywood or all of Southern California for that matter! An ode to all-things-nerdy, it's a place where geeks unite and all fandoms are welcome.
Upon stepping through the bar's doors, you'll find yourself in a setting that looks eerily familiar. If you're a fan of the Star Wars franchise, you'll instantly recognize it as the famous Mos Eisely Cantina! You'd almost expect to see Han Solo skulking at one of the tables.
Scum and Villainy started out as a temporary pop-up bar and it very quickly became clear that people wanted it to stick around. It's not just a bar, but a place where like-minded folks can come together and meet each other.
The bar boasts a variety of fun, themed cocktails to choose from. The Wretched Blue Milk is described as "a homestead classic", consisting of rum, Coco Lopez, Blue Curacao, and pineapple. Other popular cocktails include Witness Me, Furiosa (Bacardi rum, lime, agave) and Asteroid Field (Tito's vodka, Blue Curacao, cotton candy, and Pop Rocks.)
Those who are under 21 or who prefer non-alcoholic drinks will definitely enjoy the "mocktail" selections, with drinks like Jogan Fruit Punch (Sprite, pineapple, and grenadine) or The 1st Avenger (ginger beer, cranberry lemon, soda, and bitter.)
Scum and Villainy is a real treat for casual and mega-fans alike. However, everybody is welcome to stop in for a drink and to enjoy a change of pace from the typical bar scene. Learn more about this Sci-Fi themed bar by visiting their website.
