Head to the buffet hungry because, no matter what day you visit, you'll be treated to a spectacular array of foods, including nearly 50 items at the salad bar, eight different types of homemade bread, and 14 vegetables, and that's just the beginning.
Start your meal with a visit to the salad bar or simply dig into the main course straight away. Each evening features different meats.
Visit Monday, for example, and enjoy New York strip steak, pork chops, and Delmonico steak.

Shady Maple Smorgasboard offers a breakfast, a lunch, and a dinner buffet*
Breakfast is served from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m., lunch from 10:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., and dinner from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
For a lighter meal, head downstairs to the Dutchette Restaurant. Choose from such meals as burgers, wraps, subs, cheese steaks, and a salad and taco bar.
