Stonehedge Gardens is straight out of a fairytale. This lovely location sits on seven acres of a private forest and is a popular event space, particularly for weddings, but the bistro is open daily for dinner and happy hour starting at 5 p.m. In the evenings, the patio is illuminated with enchanting lights and Stonehedge Gardens also occasionally features live music. The aptly-named Summit Grill is located on the top of Mt. Howard and is only reachable by taking a ride on the Wallowa Lake Tramway. The tram operates from May through the beginning of October and during this time, the restaurant is open daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The food is tasty and the views from the alpine patio can't be beat!
