There Is A Massive Beer Festival Headed To Northern California In March
The craft beer movement has taken the world by storm and proven that it’s not a trend but, well, a craft. If you’re one of the many people who love craft beer (as in, you have a strong opinion about IPAs), then you need to mark your calendar for the massive beer festival that’s coming to NorCal next month. The Capitol Beer Fest is in its 12th year and it’s going to be bigger and better than ever. Prepare to explore beer from all over the state with this hop-filled day at the Capitol Mall.
The Capitol Beer Fest is back for its 12th annual event! The beloved beer festival takes place on March 5, 2022, on Capitol Mall in Sacramento.
Capitol Beer Fest is a popular festival that draws large crowds from all over the state. Dedicated to showcasing high-quality craft beer from all around California, the experience is a dream come true for beer lovers.
Sip and mingle with fellow craft beer enthusiasts while sampling brews from Golden Road Brewing, New Helvetia Brewing Company, Central Coast Brewing, and so much more. Nearly all of the featured breweries are in California, with just a handful of breweries coming from out of state.
The festival takes place from noon to 4 p.m. Tickets are required and must be purchased before the day of the event. Tickets vary in price from $15 at its most basic tier to $75 for the VIP experience.
Don't worry, there will be plenty of food to enjoy with your beer samples. A variety of local food trucks will be slinging deliciousness all day long. Food is not included in the price of your ticket, so be sure to bring cash!
Best of all, attending the Capitol Beer Fest is something to feel good about, since 100% of the event proceeds directly fund the Youth Fitness Program that's organized by Runnin' for Rhett Non-Profit.
